Offering in-person therapy in Eagle Idaho, as well as virtual therapy for clients located in Utah, Maine, Hawaii, Colorado, Washington, and Oregon.

Your Nervous system learned how to protect you. Those patterns made sense then-and together we can help your body learn something new.

Trauma doesn’t end when the event is over—it can continue to live in the body and nervous system long after.

You might notice it showing up as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficulty concentrating, or feeling constantly on edge or shut down.

For many people, it can impact relationships, self-trust, and the ability to feel fully present or at ease.

These responses aren’t a sign that something is wrong with you—they’re the result of a system that learned how to protect you in the face of something overwhelming. With the right support, those patterns can begin to shift, allowing you to feel more grounded, safe, and connected in your daily life.

Are You Tired of Feeling Broken?

You Might Be Experiencing

Feeling anxious, on edge, or easily overwhelmed

• Shutting down, numbing out, or feeling disconnected

• Overthinking or difficulty concentrating

• Triggers that seem to come out of nowhere

• Patterns in relationships that feel hard to change

• A sense of always needing to be “on” or in control

My Approach

I use EMDR alongside a nervous system–informed approach, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), NARM, and attachment-based work.

This means we’re not just talking about what happened—we’re helping your system process it in a way that creates real, lasting shifts.

Our work together is collaborative, paced with care, and grounded in helping you feel safe and supported throughout the process.

How Trauma Therapy Can Help

Through this work, you can begin to:

• Feel more calm and regulated in your body

• Reduce the intensity of triggers and emotional overwhelm
• Build a stronger sense of safety and self-trust

• Show up more fully in your relationships

• Move out of survival mode and into a more grounded, present life

Looking for a Faster, More Focused Approach?

In addition to weekly therapy, I offer EMDR intensives for clients who want to move through trauma more efficiently with dedicated, focused time.

Intensives can be especially helpful if you’re ready to go deeper and experience meaningful shifts in a shorter period of time.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

If you’re ready for support, we can start with a consultation to talk through what you’re experiencing and what approach might feel like the best fit for you.
