A Different Kind of Support

I specialize in working with women navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, and being overwhelmed especially those who are high-achieving and used to managing it all on their own.

Together, we focus on helping your nervous system settle, processing what’s been stuck, and creating real, lasting change—not just temporary coping.

CLinical Experience

A woman with dark brown hair in loose waves wearing a black blazer and white blouse, smiling at the camera in an office setting with plants in the background.
Purple crocus flowers growing in dry grass with mountains and cloudy sky in the background.

APPROACH

I use a trauma-informed, nervous system–based approach, integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), NARM, and attachment-focused work.

This means we’re not just talking about what’s happening on the surface—we’re working with the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

We work together as a team to get you feeling less overwhelmed and more confident and back to the best version you.

Experience

I’ve been a therapist for over 18 years, supporting clients through trauma, life transitions, and learning to love themselves again.

Over time, my work has evolved to focus on helping clients move beyond survival mode and helping them to become happy healthy, and live the life they want to live.

PHILOSPHY

You are not broken, you’re in survival mode.

I believe your system adapted in the best way it could. You are working a high stress job and killing it, then going home and being the manager the house and all that comes with that. After all of that there is nothing left over for you to just be you.

Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new.
It means coming back to yourself.

WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

I offer both weekly therapy and EMDR intensives, depending on what feels like the best fit for your needs and goals.
