APPROACH
I use a trauma-informed, nervous system–based approach, integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), NARM, and attachment-focused work.
This means we’re not just talking about what’s happening on the surface—we’re working with the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
Our work together is collaborative, paced with care, and centered around helping you feel safe, supported, and understood.
Experience
I’ve been a therapist for over 18 years, supporting clients through trauma, life transitions, and the complexities of emotional overwhelm.
Over time, my work has evolved to focus on helping clients move beyond survival mode and into a life that feels more calm, clear, and aligned.
PHILOSPHY
I don’t believe you’re broken.
I believe your system adapted in the best way it could based on what you’ve experienced—and that with the right support, those patterns can begin to shift.
Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new.
It means coming back to yourself.
WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
I offer both weekly therapy and EMDR intensives, depending on what feels like the best fit for your needs and goals.
